As for this year (and as for next year, let’s roll over these resolutions and see how I do in 2013):

1. Body - run 500 miles, bike 1,500 miles, swim 30 miles, 150 upper body workouts, 150 lower body workouts.
My first full year at the Y, and I’ve loving the routine: 2-3 days of running and then lifting, 2-3 days of swimming.  Biking 1-2 days a week while watching TV fell by the wayside: I’ll watch football and movies without having to exercise while I’m doing it, thank you.  My final counts for 1/1/12-12/1/12: ran 400 mi, swam 35 mi, did 110 upper body workouts, did 110 lower body workouts.  Fell short in most of my goals but I feel good physically so I'm not going to sweat it.  Grade: B.
