You heard about this from me way back in 2009, and now it's creeping towards reality: The Enterprise Center's Center for Culinary Enterprises is launching its technical assistance component a year ahead of its expected opening of its physical facility component. Calling all foodies, here's a one-stop place for all you need to turn your love for and gift in food into an actual business venture.
