I thought I would look around the web to see what has been written from the INTJ Christian point of view. I am an INFJ and I feel compelled to be a positive force in life and a good influence on those around me- even though I find it very difficult to be with people. I'd rather be alone. My INTJ friend seems to live in a worldly way and is not concerned about how he might influence others by his behavior- is this an INTJ thing? It bugs me- but I try not to be judgemental.Victorianoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5015340.post-6679674421330190622013-02-06T05:13:56.455-05:002013-02-06T05:13:56.455-05:00Joel, thanks for your reply. I write pretty fast and pretty early in the morning so I'm sure I meant something, but I don't now remember what that something was.
LHhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02127870226377459490noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5015340.post-42923526474980352452013-02-05T16:49:53.121-05:002013-02-05T16:49:53.121-05:00And for comparison, here's "The Executive...And for comparison, here's "The Executive": http://www.personalitypage.com/ENTJ.html

I have one word for my fellow ENTJ Christians: Mercy. Learn this word, learn this reality, and slather it all over yourself daily, so that some of it will come off on your fellow humans throughout the day.Joel GLhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06244692753296680669noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5015340.post-60893782409562795392013-02-05T16:43:54.091-05:002013-02-05T16:43:54.091-05:00Lee-

You use a phrase "artificial hierarchies"-- as an ENTJ, I would call that phrase an oxymoron. Hierarchies are just hierarchies, full stop, with a history and life-cycle all their own. Someone who is at "the top" of a hierarchy is always for there for a reason, or to put it another way, there is always an explanation for why someone is at the top (or any other position). You cannot "wish away" someone who inconveniently occupies a spot in a hierarchy.

I wonder what it is like to be an INTJ in China or Japan or India, where social hierarchy is treated differently than in Europe (especially Northern Europe)? What does "meritocracy" mean in China and Japan-- is it a word with widespread cultural significance?Joel GLhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06244692753296680669noreply@blogger.com
