I...What a thoughtful and honest take on this topic! <BR/><BR/>I think you're right that the question of class affiliation isn't raised in a truly personal way until children are involved. How many young radicals are content to express their ideals to others until the hard questions become their own? (vocal social consciousness certainly helps your career in graduate school) ... then they/we move to suburbs typically.<BR/><BR/>My wife and I don't have children yet, but we would like to preempt this shift when it comes and try to be consistent in what we believe.
